So, I’m rating this business a 5 because of what it is; a fast food joint with quality food, cleanliness and good customer service. I did not visit the restroom while there, so I cannot comment on that aspect of my visit. I went in within 25 minutes of closing and ordered their Sunday Special which was a $9.99 sirloin steak. The dining room had about 10 people eating at tables. I didn’t get any bad vibes on cleanliness, and there were no dirty tables. There was no wait to order, and I was welcomed immediately by the cashier. I ordered the special cooked medium. There were two choices of sides, but I only remember the sides I ordered which were fries and a salad. I did not get a drink. I paid cash, but they do accept credit cards. After I paid, I went to a counter behind me and got some napkins and ketchup. My order was ready within 6 minutes. They hand you your order on a tray and you take it to a table. The steak looked great, as did the fries and salad. The salad was in a small styrofoam bowl with lettuce, white cheese (feta?), black olives, tomato and a pepper with I believe was Italian dressing. Ingredients were cold, and was not smothered with dressing. The fries were cooked well with a very light seasoning and hot. The steak as mentioned looked great and was hot. I cut into it to find that it was cooked to a perfect medium. Now, In the end I did have a good pile of fat. However, the steak as a whole was good size and I felt that even with all the fat trimmed off, I got my $10 worth of red meat. And it was good. I always add a bit of salt and pepper to my steaks, no sauce. And I didn’t feel as though I needed sauce for this steak. Besides the fries, there was a good size piece of flatbread included. I...

Would NOT recommend going to this location.... My fiance, daughter and I used to go here at least once a month. The last couple times we have gone here the service has been horrible. To start while ordering thru the drive thru the employee constantly asked "is that it?" After each item is ordered leaving the customers feeling unwanted. When I was told the price it was lower then normal so we asked them to verify at the window the order... They repeated the order back incorrectly so we had reviewed it again with them... After we received the food we pulled into a stall to eat and check it and low and behold, they got the order wrong. They charged us for fries we didn't want, and somehow still forgot the cheeseburger. My fiance went in to go get the cheeseburger they forgot only to be told "oh we didn't charge you for that" and having to pay even more for the missing food. In the end my fiance ended up making TWO trips into the restaurant because the order was wrong or they forgot something. They really need to work on slowing down and listening to the customers. Won't...

I had this at 5 stars but from our last visit I had to change it to 2 stars. Our last visit while we were eating the employees working the drive- thru and counter were talking amongst each other about an incident the girl had with a customer in the drive-thru. They were using explicit language and they were not being quiet about it. Luckily there were just 3 people in the restaurant. I asked to speak with a manager and they stated that there was not one there at that time so I asked for a number to contact the owner about what we heard and how they were acting and the girl started freaking out on me. When we left I gave them my number to give to the owner, I also called one of the other restaurants and asked to speak with a manager. I explained what happened and left my name and number with her for the owner to call me. It has been a week and a half since and have not heard from anyone. We go there at least once a week sometimes twice but not anymore, very...

The last time I visited this location they messed up my order and fought with me for 15 minutes about not wanting to give me my order or refund my money. Eventually they decided to just give me my order. So it left me feeling sour and I had not been back in awhile. Today I go pay my $18.00 for groceries salad. I started to did for the olives so I can spread them evenly in m y meal, only to find a what I assume is a beard hair firmly placed in the cheese. That's the end of my travels there. Poor service, poor hygiene...I'm done

Great old fashion burger. 1/2 lb patties. Huge massive burgers, the way you remember whoppers back in the late 1960s and early 1970s. You can get single, double, triple or quad. Amazing burger. Nothing fancy, just fresh ground, large and fresh vegetables. In a world where everyone wants to fru-fru a burger, this is basics at it's simple yet glorious best! Don't listen to the nay-sayers they're a bunch of crazy vegetarian hipster types. This burger rocks!
