I really like this shop a lot. Staff are knowledgeable and kind. I’ve just had a recurring situation where I’ve tried to stop by after noon during business hours and they actually aren’t open. It’s happened like 4 times and I’m just not sure what to think. I had been wanting to buy a coworker a rose quartz bracelet and I received a text from Hearthside yesterday about a special to receive an Eostre Egg with any purchase. I was so stoked to stop by on my way to work. I showed up after noon and was crushed when the door was locked and the open sign was off. I waited around for like 10 mins as long as I could but I had to head to work. It just bummed me out super hard yesterday and set the tone for my workday. I just wish maybe if there’s a reoccurring issue the hours would be updated to maybe 12:30pm idk. It’s just that it’s happened like four times now where I’ve stopped by after noon and the shop is closed. 100% Would Recommend!!!! I visited the store today for the first time and I absolutely love it. Talk about positive energy, I couldn't have had a better experience. I am very new to the knowledge of crystals and their meaning. I had a good amount of crystals/stones that I had started to collect and had tried to identify on my own. Alex, helped me identify the ones that I was unsure about, and confirmed the rest. He took the time to explain things around the store. I had a million questions, from meaning, to caring for the crystals/stones, pairing them, book recommendations, etc... and he explained everything with patience and care. I had such an insightful conversation with him, and he even helped me find some great crystals to help me channel my positive energy during a challenging time. I wish I could give Hearthside a better review but customer service needs to be improved. Unless you are specific about what you’re looking for, you might get the feeling that you don’t know enough to shop at Hearthside. When I first started shopping here, I was a little lost and didn’t get a better understanding of what I needed from the staff. My sister went in to shop for holiday gifts and asked the staff for suggestions. She said they weren’t very helpful so she had to figure it out on her own.
