I don't even know where to begin with the incredible hassle in dealing with them. I got married Friday, and sent my fiance to go pick up the tuxedos only to be told, they had the wrong date written down, therefore the tuxedos were not ready. As if planning a wedding isn't stressful enough. They finally managed to gather all materials needed, long after it cut into our rehearsal/rehearsal dinner, mind you, and we did the final fitting for my husband, only to realize once he changed into the attire for our wedding, the pants were 10 inches bigger around the waist, the vest was too small, the shoes were the wrong size and the white shirt is not what I had ordered. I was also told she would order my sons shoes, free of charge with his tuxedo, only to have never received them. The woman measured my bust wrong when ordering my bustier, and when I went to try it on, was told they wouldn't refund because the package had been opened, even though it was FAR too large. My husband went to return all tuxedos the day after the wedding, and told me he was given a hard time about the hangers. The hangers should be the least of their concern and they should definitely focus more on customer service. My wedding ceremony started 30 minutes late due to all of the hassle and last minute trips to multiple stores to fix and/or replace what this company missed. I've never been so upset in dealing with a smaller family owned business. People are human, I realize that, but it was mistake after mistake after mistake. I would stay clear. They are nice at first, but the woman is far too scatterbrained and WILL screw up somehow. I still fail to understand how even AFTER the final fitting for my husband, she could still send him home with the wrong pants/vest/shirt/shoes. Beware of this company or you'll end up buying a second tuxedo that fits your ring bearer properly, at Walmart. All of this was...

She was very open to helping you with everything and you can tell that she truly loves what she does. I am only giving three stars because on the day I tried on my dress, the lady clipped it very form fitting (which I loved). I remember asking if they would be able to sew it that way and she said that they would be able to pin it any way I wanted. So bought the dress! And I loved it! UNTIL I went in for my fitting to get it tailored. The seamstress lady pinned it very loose and the dress really didn't flatter my figure at all. I spent quite awhile looking at it, in the mirror trying to figure out what I thought looked "off" about the dress. Afterwards I called the nice lady at spotlight bridal and told her I might need another fitting and she said it's very common to have more than one fitting and that it wasn't a problem. Well when I did , I told the seamstress lady what I wanted and she said she couldn't do it. So now, two weeks before my wedding , I am stuck with a dress I never would have bought if I had known that it couldn't be sewn to fit my figure. So my advice is that if you choose spotlight bridal you can expect to be treated very well and have beautiful dresses to choose from, however I would be mindful that the way the dress looks when it's clipped might not be what you...
Read moreDidn't even make it in to the store to dislike this company. Phone experience was enough. I received a "door prize" from this company at a bridal convention for 4 free tuxedo rentals this past May. I had written down all my known wedding details at that time like I did at every other booth at the convention. What I thought to be feigned interest in my wedding details turned out to be an indisputable contract with Exclusive Tuxedos.
I called today (6 mos later) to discuss redeeming my "prize" and was told that since I had ordered my groomsmen suits already from another company and wouldn't be ordering my stated number of tuxs I had filled out 6 months ago at the bridal convention I was NO LONGER QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE MY PRIZE.
I have never met a bride in my life that has all her definite wedding details planned out 9 months before her wedding, but apparently this is what Exclusive Tuxedos expects from you if you want to take advantage of the "prize" you won from them. THIS IS NOT A PRIZE. It is a Bait and Switch Technique used by sketchy companies to force you to do business with them. Future Brides, watch out for prizes and discounts awarded from this company...there are unlisted stipulations that must be met. Ask for their fine print, then be sure to read it. THOROUGHLY. Would NOT recommend this company for any of my...
