Stumbled upon Barn Girls Farms over the weekend, and I can definitely say I’ll be back! The space was super inviting, filled with lots of local goodies—including their own microgreen garden and homemade sourdough bread that was absolutely divine.

And the food? Next level. The BBQ could be smelled from outside—hands down, one of the best slabs of ribs I’ve had in the Omaha area in a minute.

As a mac and cheese snob, I’ve gotta say—this was top-tier mac and cheese work! Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, with little chunks of meat mixed in, then topped with fresh microgreens and crispy panko for that perfect crunch.

My sisters and I found Barn Girls Farms today. Stephanie and her husband were so inspiring to help you eat healthy. They even took us on a tour of where they grow their sprouts! we purchased some of their salads and sat and ate them there. They were made with 95% sprouts! They even make their own dressing. I have the blue cheese, which was fabulous! We also had their sourdough bread and their Cheese spread that they make. I had the opportunity to be a vendor at their event this past weekend and I got to meet the lovely owners of this place and take a tour of their establishment. I had a wonderful time and I absolutely love that we have an option locally that has organic fresh food that’s healthy! Before I left, I grabbed some sourdough bread and some micro greens and it was the BEST sourdough bread and broccoli greens I've ever had!! SO FRESH!! You can tell that they make and grow everything with love and with high-quality ingredients.
