Nail Gallery — Local services in Ramsey

These are the worst nails I have ever gotten. I decided to try this place due to its seemingly good reviews and that was a mistake. I needed a gel fill and didn’t feel like driving all the way to Hillsdale to my regular place. It took an hour and 45 minutes for the woman to fill, shape and paint my nails. Before this, I’ve never spent more than an hour in a nail salon. I asked for my nails to be shortened only a little bit and for a stiletto shape- so pointy. She shortened my nails too much and now they’re all different lengths and the shape is nothing like what I asked for. Every nail is shaped completely differently and the gel is thick and uneven. The best part though is that all this cost me $72. When I spoke to the owner to let her know that I was unhappy and did not want to pay the full price, she tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong with my nails and was reluctant to refund me even half of what I paid. Do not go here.

I have been going to nail gallery since they opened, I would go with my mom and as I have grown older I still go to them.

I got married at the beginning of October and as soon as I could I made an appointment for me, my mom and two of my bridesmaids for mani & pedis, because I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my wedding nail. The team here made us all feel special and made sure our nails looked on point for the big day. Not that they don’t do that every-time I come in to get my nails done.

This place is my go to nails place to get my nails done because the people are friendly, the place is always clean and they do an amazing job on my nails. I also like how they take the time to get get to know your preference when it come your nails. The nail gallery has been part of all my mile stones in my life where my nails had to be done and looks amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get...

Just reaffirming how much I love coming to the Nail Gallery on Franklin Tpk in Mahwah. The owner and staff are all very professional and friendly, and the results are so beautiful. Prices are reasonable. The Spa is very bright, clean and spacious. It's been at least 7 years that I've been a satisfied weekly customer! And I've made a few friends as well :)
