Purchased two hats online on March 2, 2025. Received two hats but one of them was the wrong hat. Instead of just sending me the original hat I ordered and me sending back the original hat and calling it a day, I was asked to return the incorrect hat, they would process a refund and then I would have to go on the site and order the hat again. For my inconvenience, the owner mentioned he would note the system to send me a free hat due to the inconvenience. I returned the hat two weeks ago, never received the refund. Called a week after my returned hat showed delivered to their store, spoke to a young lady who told me they received it. I just asked for them to send me the right hat without processing a refund since all I cared for was the hat. I was told they had to process the refund and that I would receive it within the next 24 hours. That phone call was a week ago and as you can imagine, no refund has been received. Tried calling the number several times that’s posted on their page with no success, their Instagram page has stopped replying to my DMs, and I have yet to receive an email reply to my email raising awareness to my concerns.
