Just Tech Solution — Local services in Rancho Palos Verdes

Brought my computer here on 12/18/2016 and told them I most likely would need a new screen...called Feb 2nd and couldn't find my computer. ....finally found it and told me they put it on the "finished shelf" and that "the next day I could check in"...went in Feb 3rd planning to pick up my labtop and he told me he still never got to it....I told him they took it apart when I dropped it off and he plugged it into the monitor and said I would need a new sceeen.......they I asked him how much a sceeen would cost and he said 900$....then I told him last time I went there and heavy set white dude fixed it for 75$.....and he said "o yeah its could be that something is loose "..........(dude was soo quick to sell me a 900$ screen repair without even checking if it were something that could easily be fixed.im sure he up sells everything to everyone and just charges a ridiculous price without considering anything else) They people that were suppose to be fixing it (people in the back working are hardworkers.there being over worked though which is obvious)were very nice but the owner wasn't putting my laptop as a priority at all.he made it seem like everything was ok with how he held my laptop for almost 2 months. never gave me a call to inform me about anything......signed for my laptop back and he asked me if that was my signature. ......like dude......do you have any brains?...I actually work from my laptop and this dude costs me alot of time and money.i would suggest anyone to go anywhere else ,go somewhere where there not so quick to sell you a 900$ screen .when I told him it's probably something more feasible to fix.......if the heavy set white dude were dude he would of just got my computer out the way......unfortunately he's only part time now.....THIS...

Really, I'd like to put NO stars, wouldn't let me. This place was referred to me by a friend. My experience was SO BAD. It has been almost a year since I was there. When I pass by on Western I am filled with regret. I took my Apple desk top computer in for repair of not having connection with my blue tooth/wifi. Fred, the owner said he could fix the problem. He didn't make it seem like it was a big deal. He had my computer for at least 4 MONTHS. Every time I called, he would say next week, this went on for months. I finally was at the point that I asked Fred, do you still have my computer? Seriously, I thought he sold it, or ??? It was getting weird. Finally he told me I could pick it up. My bill was just under 600.00. He said he had to spend hours and hours on it, and STILL did not solve the problem. He recommended that I use ethernet instead of wireless. He couldn't fix the problem, but charged for trying. I am a fair person and I somewhat understood then. Now and since I picked up my computer last June, I am so sorry I ever went to Just Tech Solution. My computer has never been the same, worse actually. I am going to go to Apple and upgrade just so I no longer have to deal with this thorn in my side. MOVE ON!! BTW, Apple was shut down due to the corona virus, I was somewhat desperate, and I took the advice of a friend to go here. MUST READ!!!! I RECENTLY GOT MY PHONE FIXED FROM THERE.. WHEN I WENT I SPENT $99 DOLLARS TO FIX MY IPHONE X BACK SCREEN AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP IT WAS A FAKE BACK SCREEN AND THEY BROKE MY CAMERA IT IS NOW BLURRY! MY CAMERA WAS PERFECTLY FINE WHEN I WENT IN IT WAS JUST MY BACK SCREEN THAT WAS CRACKED .. WENT IN TO COMPLAIN AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL I ALSO MADE HIM FIX IT FOR A SECOND TIME AND IT WAS FREE AND HE NEEDED TO FIX WHAT HE DID WRONG TO MY CAMERA. MY CAMERA IS STILL BLURRY AND MY PHONE IS BREAKING SLOWLY MY BACK SCREEN IS COMPLETELY FALLING APART AND THEY USE CHEAP PARTS!!

DO NOT GO THERE / VERY BAD QUALITY AND DO NOT FIX PHONES, COMPUTERS , IPODS GOOD AT ALL.........

NOW I HAVE TO GET A WHOLE NEW PHONE AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT FIX WHAT THEY DID TO MY CAMERA AND SAID “IF YOU GET A NEW IPHONE WE WILL PUT A SCREEN PROTECTOR ON FOR FREE”

NO WAY!!!!!!! AM I EVER LETTING THEM TOUCH MY PHONE AGAIN OR EVEN GOING BACK THERE.
