Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Palos Verdes

Placed an online order check out at 6:14 PM estimated delivery time 31 to 41 minutes. The pizza tracker I noticed my order was still in the prepared stages for over 20 to 25 minutes. I called the store spoke with a young lady who told me we don’t deliver to your address which is literally 2 miles away and we’re waiting for a door Dash driver to pick your pizza up. I asked the young lady for an ETA and she told me she had no clue what time the driver would arrive Papa John’s has no way of knowing. She then tells me my pizza is ready it has been placed in a warmer 20 minutes ago 7:05 PM and still no pizza. I called back to speak with the young lady to tell her I will come and pick the pizza up but I didn’t want any cold pizza the young lady tells me she canceled my order my refund will go back to my card 2 to 3 business days today is Thursday so meaning next week. I did Not ask her to cancel my order she say she canceled the order because she didn’t have a ETA on what time the door dash driver would be here horrible customer service I have no pizza not only do I not have pizza I also have to wait for a refund within 2 to 3 days overall bad experience I ended up getting out of bed going to the bank to withdraw money and picking up food elsewhere huge inconvenience for me. I've been ordering from here for a long time using their website. The pizza wasn't always the best but because they have Papa Points, I could get discounts or the occasional free pizza. My main issue is that their delivery service got replaced with DoorDash.

I'm not a fan of DoorDash because those people have consistent issues. The original delivery people knew our residence well, were always wonderful to deal with and would come directly to our door. The DoorDash people didn't even know what "No soliciting" warning on the front meant because the guy's English was nearly non-existent.

Now, I learned I can't even order delivery through their website which means I've lost my points and I hate driving to their location because it's hard to get in/out of from where I live. So there's no point in me ever ordering again. Very...

Where to start. As I was waiting for my pizza I seen it coming out the oven. The person running the oven pushed another pizza on top of mine and bent it in half. I watched as one of the workers who was just touching the register go over and proceeded to use her fingers to move the pepperonis and cheese around. Then they let it sit there for about 5 mins get cold as they boxed about another 8 pizzas. Beyond disgusting. The manager proceeded to make me a new one only after i complained.
