Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Rapid City

If I could give 0 stars I would but I had to do one star. This Aaron’s is the most unprofessional and rude Aaron’s I’ve ever been too. First of all we NEVER got a call for them to come set up our stuff, so we weren’t ready for them to come by. Then we had our stuff for 2 days (we did a special where we wouldn’t pay for the first month) and what do you know the owner is blowing up our phones telling us we needed to pay. We told them we got it two days ago and they said they’d call us back to set up the payments on the first and they NEVER called. Then the 3rd rolls around they called us at least 20 times (this is also harassment!) being so rude telling us that we’re past due and they need their money NOW! Well we had to wait to pay them for a few more days and they KNEW THIS! So everyday until we paid (knowing it’s be lates) theyd call us 20 tines. The final straw was when these as*les came to MY HOUSE UNANNOUNCED at 8:15 in the MORNING, waking up my daughter and my husband being so disgustingly rude wanting their money (still knowing it would be late) demanding their money. They didn’t get it, they said they wanted 1 1/2 months up front, we said we couldn’t do it we’d pay when we said so they charged us $10 for a HOME VISIT FEE (no Aaron’s has EVER DONE business this dirty) just to be rude and demanding, unannounced. We told them to come get our stuff they asked why, I told them we’re moving and we don’t wanna be customers anymore. I told them 2 days before the guy said “we need more of a notice” THEY NEVER GAVE US A NOTICE! So I’m not gonna make it easy on them. They came to my house the next day yet again UNANNOUNCED!! And again we weren’t ready. Our dressers weren’t emptied, our bed had our bedding on it etc. THIS AARONS IS DIRTY, disgusting and unprofessional! If I found cuss them out on here I would! I’m contacting the BBB for a formal complaint, and hopefully the owner will be stopped! PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! It’s mostly the money hungry POS owner! All The employees...

We have been going through them for years. No problems but they called my mother asking about payment which is ok. We pay normal first week of month. But this time my son is in the hospital. My mother told them that. I had the money but I am at the hospital with my son. She works . They have called now thirsty time asking about it. Very rude. She explained you're not open when she is off. Probably won't go through them after this stuff is paid off in a few months.. I would like to have someone bother them when they have their child in...

This store manager at this location is by far the most rudest person in customer service I have ever dealt with, especially coming from a Store Manager, he obviously is not a good fit for his position in customer service for retail Industry. It’s amazing what a Store manager with a horrible attitude can do to a company and to customer’s, yet alone the employees under him.
