Whim and Wise — Local services in Rapid City

Just saw this new boutique downtown and was very excited to visit. My mother and I walked in and there were two employees working and no one else shopping. Neither of the two employees greeted us or even smiled in our direction. We shopped for awhile, both employees still not even acknowledging our existence, and then after one employee asked the other employee what time it was from across the store we got the hint that they did not want us there and left....
