Out of respect for the owner & previous management I will not leave a poor star rating even though the service I have been receiving is definitely deserving of it. I have been a customer here for about 7 years & have always been treated with respect . However I’ll be needing to part ways & find a new store given the lack of respect that Becky (new management) has shown me for now the 2nd time. Today l left a pack of hair for $35 on the counter fully paid for without receiving any sort of refund / exchange or store credit . I was looking to exchange the pack of hair for something in the store that I will actually use but she refused me store credit because it had been over 2 weeks… so now I’m out of $35 & just spent an additional $59.28 getting what I actually needed. There aren’t too many hair stores around here where the Asian / White owners treat you with respect & for many years I was so happy & proud to shop somewhere that showed me the respect & courtesy I deserve . This place sold me a wig I am not happy with and I made a point to ask an employee if I could return it if I was displeased with it when I got it home and he said yes as long as I didn’t put it on my head and when I got the wig home the part was already plucked and didn’t look right and you can see where there was a bright color cut out of the hair and there are strands throughout that are not black and it has a lot of split hairs and the style doesn’t match the try on wig. On top of that the young lady who helped me try on the store model wig read my receipt to me and it said you couldn’t return or exchange the wigs. So their signage and employee knowledge in store does not match what’s printed on the receipt. Came in for some hair care products, was immediately assisted by Ale whom was not only pleasant and attentive but also knowledgeable and very helpful not only helping select the proper gel for my hair but was able to directly locate it in the store for me..This service great service was supplemented even further by her co-worker Becky whom just as eagerly and expertly helped me select a proper straight razor.
