Dr. Rhee and his staff have been outstanding in helping me remove a heavily inked tattoo from the back of my hand which has plagued my professional career for many years. After my initial consultation with doctor, we started sessions with his advanced equipment. The Pico second laser technology consisted of exposing the ink under the skin to a pulsed type laser technology with amazing results. This laser breaks the ink pigments into extremely small particles and allows the body to remove them. Older tech would break the pigments into sizes that were difficult for the body to remove. Pico second laser breaks the pigments down to much smaller particles enabling the body to remove them more efficiently. There was minimal discomfort during the sessions required to remove my tattoo- much less than what a person would endure to get a tattoo in the first place. It is not an instant results process, and per doctor's recommendation of sessions and laser wavelength utilized each seaaion, the final results were amazing and extremely positive. I've been receiving tattoo removal treatment from Dr. Rhee for two years now after a botched tattoo. It has been a process, but I've learned how to handle healing the best way for me, and we are almost done with it now. He offered me a flat rate, so I don't have to pay for each visit I go to. The flat rate was the best option as I know I would have paid more by paying for each and every session. His staff is reasonable and professional, and Dr. Rhee himself does his best to remember his patients and help in the process of it all.

I want my reviews to be seen because of the misconception that tattoo removal is a quick process. It does take dedication to the clinic and yourself to get the full process completed. I have now completed 11 sessions over 2 years, and hopefully I can be finished with just a few more sessions. Each session has a different outcome based off what setting he does. So sometimes I've had the next day with lots of large and ugly blisters, but having some aquafoar, gauze pads, and an ace bandage did wonders for healing. I've also had several sessions in which I had hardly any blisters and was a breeze for healing until the next appointment.
