Lost a loyal, ten-year customer over $2. Greedy. Wouldn't make it right. I ordered customized Kung Pow chicken with $2 worth of water chestnuts. I got home, and there were NONE in it. Yesterday, I ordered the same thing, explained what happened, and expected them to make it right by NOT charging me the $2. They refused. The boss lady said I should have called. I explained that the right thing to do was to not charge me for the water chestnuts to make up for it. She refused. I said, "So you would rather lose a customer that has been coming here for over a decade rather than give me two dollars worth of water chestnuts?" I am very sad. This isn't right. I won't be back." She didn't give a rat's ass. To add insult to injury, I ordered NO green peppers. Red peppers were okay. I got home, it was filled with green peppers, and ZERO red peppers. Ordered a 3 entree 11.99, small soup 3.50, and two hot sauces (50cents a piece) & somehow my bill came out to 20+ bucks. I didn't want to argue, so I paid. Opened the food right when I got to my car, BBQ sauce was all over the napkin and settling on the bottom. The teriyaki chicken didn't have any sauce. Don't come here, not only do you have to worry about getting ripped off, they don't properly secure your food and give you what you ordered. Tasting the food, somehow everything tastes like fish.. orange chicken has no bite and tastes like sugary mush. Man, I just spent 20+ bucks and have to force myself to eat this now. I have been coming here for over 15 years and especially after Mr. You’s went to pot.

I’ve been away for a while and coming here to eat tonight I noticed smaller containers, food not being rotated quickly, being stingy putting food in the smaller styrofoam containers, food looking a little dried out as if it’s been sitting longer than normal...I could go on and on.

I finally asked “Did the owners sell?”.

“Yes” was the answer.

I immediately decided I’d try my food on the premises, instead of taking it home.
