I recently had a disappointing experience with Computer Pro2call. I dropped off my laptop three days ago for optimization to enhance my gaming performance. Initially, Robert, the technician, acknowledged that he had a heavy workload but assured me that he would work on my laptop first thing in the morning. Understandably, I appreciated his honesty.
However, when I called the following day to check on the status, I was met with annoyance. Robert informed me that he still hadn't looked at my laptop despite his previous promise. I reminded him of our conversation, but it didn’t seem to make a difference.
After leaving my laptop for an additional day without any updates, I called again. This time, he mentioned that he had cleaned it and downloaded some files. Since I was at work, I had my wife go pick it up. Unfortunately, she reported that Robert was rude and made her wait at the counter without acknowledging her presence.
Now that I have my laptop back, I noticed that it runs exactly the same as before, which leads me to believe that the optimization didn’t make any real impact.

Read moreMy laptop had stopped powering on and, as it was on the older side, I was considering just buying a new one before I decided to take it in to Computer Pro2Call. Robert was immediately very helpful, explaining the pricing and some ideas he had to diagnose the problem. After working on it for a while, sometimes getting it to boot before it stopped working again, he let me know it wouldn't be cost effective to keep trying to fix it, going so far as to find me a listing for the same model laptop that was cheaper than the cost of the replacement motherboard. In the end, I only had to pay the initial $40 for him to look at it, despite the hours of work that went into diagnosing and testing solutions. At one point when it had seemed like the laptop was working again, Robert even took the time to find listings for parts to get my laptop into like-new condition, and I would've happily let him work on that too if the laptop had kept booting normally.
All in all, I was very satisfied with the experience even though he wasn't able to fix it. I felt like he cared about helping me for the fairest price possible. I'll be coming back the next time I have...

My CPU suddenly started overheating last week - after I exhausted at home options I gave Computer Pro2Call a ring. Robert spent a solid amount of time talking through my theories with me. He also helped me check my warranty, as it could've saved me money.
Robert & Mike not only quickly identified the problem, but went above and beyond in helping me solve it quickly and thoroughly. I was hoping to have my computer ready on a time crunch, so they literally sent me a link to where I could pick up the new piece I needed locally and rushed the fix before the office closed at EOD Friday. If that wasn't enough, they even optimized my rig for better cooling just to be safe (and also went above and beyond with wire management). Did I mention how incredibly reasonable the price was?
