The frozen yogurt was great, not as many dairy-free options as I would hope for.

When we wanted to sample the different flavors they had, the young girl behind the counter informed us that she would have to get the samples for us and it was mildly inconvenient, and created an unnecessary wait for not just us but other customers trying to check out. So as she's getting our samples there's other customers that already have their yogurt and are trying to weigh in check out and pay. Basically creates unnecessary wait time, I understand not trusting people to get their own samples and losing money in giving out free product by letting people pick their own sample size. But when you only have one person working and they're over there dishing out samples for people walking in while all your other customers are waiting to pay and go eat their yogurt seemed unnecessary and kind of redundant.

Yo wild has twice the amount of flavors and options as well as more then 2 dairy-free options. And quite honestly better customer service and a smoother transition...

If you have a gift card it won’t work they don’t accept them, the cuppa yo gift cards only apparently work at the place you got them from so if you have a bend gift card they don’t work at any of the others. The frozen yogurt itself is great but I wish they would have something telling you that they don’t accept the gift cards before making your fro-yo in case you didn’t have the extra money. It’s kinda misleading to have a place of the same name and not accept the gift cards from the same company. We went in specifically because we had gift cards and were very excited to finally be able to use the gift card in our own town to celebrate a birthday. But sadly we weren’t able to...

I have been in this location many times with friends and family and have enjoyed the many yogurt selections and the amazing topping choices. The service, in this family owned and run business, is always friendly and prompt. Great place to spend some time just hanging out in downtown Redmond with friends. My grand kids always want to know if we are going there when they come to visit and...
