I mistakenly read a price tag on an item being $48…even BOUGHT the item without realizing it was actually $148. (HOW!!!) I called the shop in an absolute panic, attempting to clarify the error, after having found the amount on my bank statement. The owner graciously offered to have me come in and get a refund, which I accepted because I’m a broke a$$ college student. And then I got a text, wherein the owner was willing to provide me with a steep discount on the item, rather than having to return it - which I was thrilled with because I had totally fallen in love with my purchase and was DREADING having to return it.
