Be aware when you go to this urgent care. To check if you have flu, covid or strep will cost you $827 and you will not receive quality professional service even for that amount of money!
When a patient says about their symptoms, the assistant makes wrong notes. My child had a high fever and sore throat but no cough at all. In the summary visit they mentioned the patient had a cough as one of the symptoms and the doctor recommended cough syrup and I was confused why and how it will help with sore throat. 2.The assistant said that they use 1 swab for all three diseases: flu, covid and strep. I asked them to use another swab from the throat to check specifically for strep but she denied doing that but I was billed for 2 different tests swabs. I was there on Wednesday evening, the next morning my child got worse and couldn't even swallow his saliva. I called them again explaining the situation and hoped they would send a prescription to the pharmacy with the right medication but was told to come to their location a second time. Glad I didn't go and I saved some money. I went to see our primary care and had to do another exam and the strep test was positive. After one pill of antibiotics my child felt a relief. When I received the bill and called customer service. I explained to them that we didn't get the right service because my child didn't get any medications and was billed for the Strep swab. They reviewed my complaints but didn't do anything. In my bill I have an office visit for $314, Resp Virus for $401 and Strep Probe for $112. For this amount of money I should receive at least good service and shouldn't go the next day and see another medical provider. Just to compare, when I went to urgent care in California, had an X-ray there and an office visit I paid $500. Evergreen urgent care bills are also less for more service.
Do not recommend that facility not only because of the drastic charges but for the quality of the...
Read moreI have had nothing but good experiences at this clinic thus far until today. One can come here and generally expect great service but if you are being seen by Shukriya Zarif just walk away and head over to over lake. Simply put she seems like a competent doctor but her demeanor/ customer service is extremely lacking. I could sense her frown/judgement/ contempt through her mask the second she entered the room. It felt as if I my concerns had been entirely dismissed by her before even speaking to me. I came in to see if I needed a tetanus shot for an impaled foot/ what was causing me to have sinus issues for months that have gotten worse recently. The issue with asking people what's wrong with them is that that's why they are there in the first place!! If I knew I wouldn't be in the office. So when Shukriya told me she only wants to hear about two symptoms it doesn't inspire confidence. In my mind a headache/ sinus problems/ ear pain might be related and should be mentioned. She left with literally one foot out the door her back turned saying "feel better"... Sure thing Shuk. I feel like the nurse I saw before was 30x more professional than...
Read moreI will never go here again. Let’s start off from the beginning. They told us one parent can go back due to lack of space. I will never allow this again especially if both parents want to be in the same room concerned about their child’s health. The individual who was doing vitals on my 11 month old was incompetent. He was trying to get a pulse reading on my 11 month old’s big toe with a finger oxygen reader. The reading said 85 and he was like oh it’s 100%. Next, he wanted my 11 month old to stand on an adult weighing machine with me holding him up. Why is this a problem? Well because it was not accurate with his weight. My son was at the ER 2 days prior and weighed 22 lbs and 3 oz. Tell me why he would go down from 22 lbs and 3 oz to 20 lbs in 2 days? The doctor was incompetent herself. The doctor gave my son amoxicillin for his ear infection. Next day, we go to see his pediatrician that told us that our son does not have an ear infection. He also told us the notes in his chart from urgent care were “sketchy”. I will never go...
