Starbucks — Restaurant in Redmond

Today was the last straw for me to give this starbucks a try. I have been going to starbucks mostly every day for the past three years and Im a girl who even with her coffee, knows what she wants. My order is usually along the lines of a caramel frapp with an extra shot of expresso and extra caramel sauce. This starbucks never fails to forget my extra expresso shot and/or extra caramel, causing me to politely ask that they fix my order. Many times, the workers there make an unpolite remark about me asking them to fix it and seem very bothered and rude about something they did wrong in the first place. Today I went there and to my big surprise, they messed up once again. Recently I have been trying to not consume as much sugar and as us starbucks fanatics know, there is a ,"Light" version of a caramel frapp. Upon asking them for a light caramel frapp, they semmed puzzled but continued with my order anyways. The guy preparing it kept asking me questions on how to make a light version of a caramel frap, this is beyond unacceptable. Bro, its your job. Not only that but he put whip cream, something that ist supposed to come with the light caramel. It tasted like pure milk. I will never be attending this starbucks ever again. Over going there 10 times, i have never been satisfied. In no way am I saying the company of starbucks is bad, just this location. I dont recomend this starbucks location at all. Save your five dollars and take your money to a better...

Oh Starbucks, I don't mind my name being misspelled or the cashier forgetting to had me a miscellaneous item from behind the counter but I do mind when my drink is intentionally messed up for personal entertainment

yesterday was my first time at this location and as always I ordered a venti caramel frapp with a request for extra caramel as the young man was getting ready to pour my drink I politely got his attention and asked if he could add the extra caramel around the cup well apparently asking him to do his job was asking for to much he poured a bottle and a half of caramel in my cup with a dash of frappuccino the urge to have my drink remade or ask for a supervisor was on my mind but as i seen the enjoyment him and the other staff members were getting from his ignorant act i polity accepted my drink took a sip to confirm it was noting but caramel and tossed it in the trash as I walked to my car never have I had such horrible experience with Starbucks this location has been added to the list of places never to do...

Depending on who you are, this Starbucks is either awesome or really weird, I think. I'm happy for all the regulars, since they and the staff get along with each other so well. But to me, it is a bit disruptive when the staff and the customers yell across the room to talk to each other. This location is also suuuuper small, so everyone can hear everyone else's conversation; and the customers here also seem to be pretty chatty, so it's just not a great location to quietly study, if that's your goal. There is an outside, but it's not an option if you need a charge for a laptop battery. It was nice when a staff member complimented my appearance once, but it was also distracting when later she was talking to the other associates loudly about issues going on in the back. It's also pretty dark, and it's overall not a very inviting atmosphere--the chairs are always scattered about inside and outside, and something about it just feels dirty. Overall, it just sort of feels bad to be here, I can't really pinpoint...
