I wish I could give negative star for this location since they don’t seem to train their baristas well. I ordered 2 drinks cran merry orange for myself and vanilla latte for my cousin both with light ice. After placing an order, my cousin wanted a cup of ice to go. When I asked, the white barista looked at me and asked if it was for my refresher because it’s a steal if I do that. I said no it’s not for my refresher. My cousin just wanted some ice. I didn’t know how to react since this situation never happened to me before. My question is How tf is asking for a cup of ice consider “stealing” when I paid full price for everything? Not only that, I was redeeming my birthday reward, even clicked on it and TOLD him. And he stared at me and to one’s surprise, my reward wasn’t redeemed. I was charged to my card.
