Kohl's — Local services in Redondo Beach

Not a happy customer after trying to fix an issue was charged some how 4 times on my card, I waited a week till transaction posted then come in they checked said no it was one charge , now I got my statement from bank and it still shows that I was charged 4x 1 refund so I'm still missing 2 refunds because I only made 1 purchase. And im.most upset with how the employees just shut me down like oh well you don't have 4 receipts then u weren't charged . No compassion or try to see what happened just shut you down. And then telling me idk what managers schedule I don't have it on me being sarcastic , then saying I'll have someone call you but I don't know when. And telling me he has 6 customers standing infront of him like that's my issue.....I Specifically asked for a manager or someone who could take care of this situation, and he was the one who was placed on the phone Ben in operations manager ringing at the register I guess . As a male who hates to shop, I appreciate how Kohl's has turned shopping into a game.

They have very dynamic pricing served on little digital plackards, sometimes (usually on shoes) they even have each display shoe have it's one paper tag with full price + a small LCD "sale" price tag. Nearly the whole store is on sale at any given point in time, and the sales always seem really good... But they're usually just "slightly good" - don't take that as a slight though! And here's why:

It's all about the game! Sales go up and down. And once you're a member, they offer some amount "Kohl's Cash" for every $XX you spend (usually$5 for $50…) but... You can't spend it for a week. So you've GOTTA go back and spend your free $10! Also, every couple weeks (maybe once a month?) They send you a %off your entire purchase coupon... And it stacks!

Ebony in the Sephora department went above and beyond for customer service to help me. She exceed any expectations and was very respectful , and patient all while keeping her composure with all that came at her with other customers, as I listened to her communication. Ebony was very attentive while Multiple tasking other customers as well and not forgetting me.
