Redwood City Kiwanis Farmers Market — Local services in Redwood City

I love this farmers market and try to make it here most Saturdays to get all my produce. It's pretty small with few but good quality vendors! One vendor is always very generous with letting me and my daughter try their fruit and by doing that they actually got me hooked on cactus fruit! The berry vendor is a non-negotiable for me the berries are always very sweet and I always get one of each! Mikes honey is delicious I've purchased from them twice. Second time I got a $30 bottle of their star thistle, its soo good and sweet! Bottom line I love coming here if I can make it on a Saturday. Went to the Farmer's Market today after not going in several years. So disappointed. Redwood City is deserving of a much more vibrant market. Not many vendors-very little organic produce and I didn't see any flower vendors at all. The Kiwanis need to do something to encourage more vendor participation which would bring more people down there. This market unfortunately can't compete with the markets in either San Carlos...
