Looked to be primarily a delivery joint, rather than a sit-down affair. Nevertheless, there was limited seating inside the small space, with a few other customers eating inside (appropriately spaced apart from each other). I dined in.
Ordered xiaolongbao "Shanghai soup dumplings", scallion pancake "green onion cake", sauerkraut pork dumplings "dumplings with sauerkraut", and the pan fried chive pockets "green chive pancake".
Overall, nothing was particularly spectacular, but all were above par. I appreciated that none of the meat fillings were overly greasy/salty. The xiaolongbao had plenty of soup inside... I would've loved to have the finely julienned ginger to go along with it, but this wasn't offered... and probably wasn't totally necessary as again, the filling wasn't that greasy. The scallion pancake was greasier than I had hoped, but not overwhelmingly so, and it probably helps to preserve crispiness in a delivery scenario. Fried chive pancakes struck a good balance of filling to dough. I'm new to the Chinese sauerkraut and pork combination, but thoroughly enjoyed it in their dumplings.
I've never ordered xiaolongbao for delivery, but I suspect that they never travel well (no matter who makes them) and it would be unfair to judge a place based on a delivery food item that is inherently always better when eaten in person instead.
It wasn't super busy when I visited and the chef (owner?) came out to say hi and check in on us at the end. He was quite friendly and jovial, and I appreciated that small but personal interaction.
I'd definitely return to try more items on their menu. Solid food at a reasonable price....
Read moreThe dumpings here are amazing, my wife ordered the lamb dumplings, I ordered the pork & green chives, and we shared an order of pot stickers and an order of chow mein. The food was ready in under 15 minutes, and it was fabulous, even after spending another 10 minutes in their boxes as we drove home. I expected the lamb dumplings to taste beefy, like when lamb is cooked in beef broth, but it was just superb lamb flavors. I only had a chance to taste one, as my wife zealously guarded the rest. The pork & green onion dumplings were solid, very tasty with hefty dose of chives, exactly how I like them. The pot stickers were good, not the best I've had, but definitely a good pot sticker. The chow mein, however, was a little disappointing. It wasn't bad; it was just perfectly mediocre, which is far below the rest of what we had. Finally, portion size: pot stickers are exactly what you'd expect, the chow mein is very generous, but the real surprise for me was the dumplings, they were far more substantial that I imagined. By the time I'd eaten my dumplings and a pair of pot stickers, I was full! Fortunately, I think I have just the idea for what to do to spice the leftover chow mein up, and I'll see how that goes for lunch tomorrow.
TL;DR: The dumplings are fantastic, try out the lamb for sure, otherwise just pick the flavors you like. Skip the chow mein, unless you're fearful of dumplings but your friends dragged you...

Decided to pop by this Chinese noodle shop prior to my dental appointment and i am glad I did!
A rather tiny outlet, so you might need to wait a bit especially if your group is big. They have a clipboard by the door to write down your name and group size.
I ordered a Pork Noodles at $7.45. Came promptly, it was pipping hot and was shock to see such a huge bowl.
Siping the soup while I let my food cool a little, it was heavenly. Despite the hot weather, the strong air conditioning inside this little outlet makes drinking hot soup awesome.
Service was prompt and friendly. Traffic moves retry fast in this shop and do expect to possibly share tables with others too.
Every table seem to have ordered their dumplings. I was alone and was not that hungry to have a bowl of noodles and dumplings. Well, gives me the perfect reason to come back again!
Highly recommended. Parking lots and bike parking just...
