This is by far the best taqueria that I have found in the Bay Area.
They have excellent barbacoa, lengua, and pollo. The barbacoa is spicy with a hint of clove. The lengua has a rich, spicy, salsa verde. The pollo has a rich chile colorado style sauce. I usually get three tacos, one of each.
Naranjo's has a killer green hot sauce. It's nuclear and very flavorful.
Burritos are also excellent. The mexican rice is rich and flavorful. (Burritos not served on Sundays.) The combination of a meat, the rice, the salsa verde, make for a symphony of flavors.
The barbacoa, lengua, and pollo are definitely worth a trip. Be sure to ask for a cup of consomme (barbacoa broth). Best time to go is before or after lunch to beat the crowd. They start to run out of things...
