Redwood City Woman's Club — Local services in Redwood City

We had my husbands Celebration of Life at the Redwood City Women's Club in March 2023. This is a great venue for any type of gathering. I worked with Sally to reserve and work through all the details which was very easy even with my living 1,000 miles away. The parking was a little bit of a challenge on a Saturday afternoon but we utilized the driveway to drop off those that had mobility problems and everyone found a place within a block or so. As a point of reference we had 92 attendees, so probably 50 cars total.

The clubhouse was the perfect venue for our 25th anniversary fall-themed celebration for about 90 family & friends in a previous October. The weather was perfect for our cocktail hour in the back patio area. We served a buffet dinner in the annex room next to the kitchen and guests mingled throughout the inside and outside to sit with their dinner. We then had a bluegrass band up on the stage to put the polishing touches on a fun and festive occasion! We hosted a board retreat at the clubhouse. It had everything we needed - space for our whole board sit in a rectangle to see each other, small breakout areas including the garden seating and a kitchen area for our afternoon snacks.
