Sigona's is always my go-to place when I need the best produce! The produce always tastes good and ripens nicely. I love that they source locally and work with farmers directly.
The employees are all friendly and many have been working there for years, clearly this is a good small business to work for!
They often have numerous varieties of the fruits that are in season at the time. You will often find 8+ types of apples in the fall and 5+ types of peaches in the summer.

When I set foot in this place I was amazed at the sheer variety of items, and just a great friendly vibe. it’s great to see stuff in a farmer’s market style at this place. There’s a great selection of fruits, vegetables, diary and cheese as well. It’s a full fledged grocery store, with an emphasis on organic products. Read moreWhat a breath of fresh air. Literally. It was wonderful to be able to shop for fresh produce with a breeze in the air and sun on my face. Even with a N95 face mask on.* Most of the produce is displayed in outdoor boxes. Selection was amazing. All marked with the farm source (especially those that are California grown). Prices were very reasonable compared with the current prices at Safeway. Staff was very nice too. Will definitely be back.
