Maybe 8 months ago I went here for a couple new bras. My MIL recommended it to me because I was complaining that I can never find a bra that is super comfortable. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted by Olga. She was lovely, but did missize me (read further for clarification on this). The selection was just okay in my opinion. I like a really wide back and they didn’t have anything nearly as wide as what I already have from Walmart. I settled for a bra because I am easily influenced by professionals and what to look for (Olga, in this case). She says it was the perfect fit and exactly what I was looking for, when in reality, the cups are too big (I didn’t realize this until wearing it for a month). Here is my 8 month update from the bras I purchased: I don’t like them at all. I got a pink wireless one and a lace bralette. The pink bra is straight up uncomfortable and I hate it. It rolls up in the back and the cups are too big, as I said . The bralette didn’t last 2 months before the lace started to rip, and is still ripping every time I put it on. The bralette I have to say is very comfortable, but it’s deteriorating quickly. Disappointed with the...
Read moreI'm in my 70's and the clerk, Irish, was condescending and mocking. I wanted a T-shirt/no show through style bra, and she kept bringing me other types. With a huffy voice, she told me that she didn't understand what I wanted and bras weren't made out of T-shirt material. Finally, another clerk, who must have heard me explain what I wanted, came to my rescue. She suggested to Irish that I try the Wacoal T-Shirt bra, and it was just the kind that I needed. In addition, I still have some of my native Georgia accent even though I have lived on the Eastern Shore for 50 years, and I felt as if she was laughing at the way I talked. The lovely music that had been playing in the store suddenly changed to Country. I heard another clerk ask about the change. Evidently Irish must have a mental stereotype of southerners. I did make a purchase and thanked her for her help and suggestions, however, does being kind and having a different accent make me an oddity? I will not recommend this...
Read moreI came into this store with a lot of excitement to buy something cute. But the staff was less than impressive. While we were in there they discussed their schedule and literally slammed the binder with their work schedule on the counter while my friend was waiting to get her bra wrapped. She was willing to buy a camisole and give them more business but when they started being pushy it ruined the experience. No matter how much we said we were not interested the employee yelled and pushed rudely saying “does your robe say Bride on it?” As soon as we walked out my friend said “yeah they ruined the experience for me” Will not...
