Beautiful high end store with Walmart level customer service. When I’m checking out, I ask the cashier if the $180 swim suit I’m purchasing is a part of a 30% off sale because they had a sign displayed on the table that said 30% off swimwear.

The cashier said none of swimwear was on sale. I said there is a sign right there (pointing at the sign) that says otherwise. She said it ended yesterday for Memorial Day. I said it’s still on the table and the sign doesn’t say anything about Memorial Day (it literally only said 30% off swimwear.) She said nothing and just stared back at me. Wasn’t even in the store but a few minutes and had picked out a sleep set when the fitting room attendant wanted to take them to a fitting room for me. I didn’t want a fitting room yet so I said no thank you but she pestered and borderline insisted to the point it made me extremely uncomfortable. She got a little snippy when I continued to decline, insisting she was trying to “make it easier on me.” I ended up putting it back and leaving immediately. I understand it’s part of her job to secure merchandise but the way she went about it was really frustrating and I didn’t see her doing it to anyone else. I felt singled out, which is weird because no one greeted us when we walked in, the two girls up front were having their own conversation and paid...

I went in to grab a cute tshirt from a rack where they had just changed out the front window mannequins. One of the managers took it from me and said “no these are on hold” and placed it back and abruptly turned on her heel and walked away from me. My husband asked where other shirts were and she pointed to the back. They didn’t have my size. The other sales manager tells me they have it in the front, walks us up and pulls it from the same rack. She confirmed the shirt wasn’t on hold - As they had just taken it off the mannequin and we were the first customers in the store. I’m not sure why the other manager didn’t want to make a sale.
