Top It Off — Local services in Rehoboth Beach

Let me start this review off by saying that, all the products were beautiful and had such a unique and personal touch, however, myself and my party didn't feel welcome. Every time we went to go ask a question or comment on something, the sales rep would act very annoyed and bothered. When we were cashing out, the sales rep mentioned about a deal they were currently having and we decided we would go and check out the products that were offered in the deal really quick. One of the members of our party stayed with our belongings and they told us how the sales rep kept rolling her eyes at us. Overall, we were very happy with a our products, but not with the service. I get it, some people have bad days and that's perfectly normal and forgivable, I just hope this isn't their everyday...

Satisfactory products at decent prices, HOWEVER, the sales rep that waited on us today(6/29/17) was extremely rude. Considering I bought $100 worth of clothes in 10 minutes her eye rolling was not appreciated. Upon asking her availability of certain colors or sizes that were not on the floor she became seemingly bothered. Isn't she there to assist? Perhaps we caught her on an off day or she was under the weather( I do believe she was possibly pregnant, or had a big lunch). Spend your money where you are treated more...

Absolutely looooved this store and the very friendly owner/staff! We were welcomed from the second we started looking at the sidewalk items. She went above and beyond and found my size in the back, because I really wanted this dress! The candles we purchased smelled amazing! I'm definitely going back here on my next visit!
