Purchased a lovely sterling silver pendant & chain here yesterday - thought it was a fair deal for a lovely piece at $98. Went back today to purchase matching earrings and/or ring & have never met a ruder woman in my life. First she demanded I show her what case the piece came from & when I wasn’t sure between 2 cases she got nastier yet. I showed her a photo of the piece I purchased day before (at her shop!) & she screamed at me that it was not peridot in a pendant containing two stones of which one was definitely peridot (I had tried to verbally describe & could not remember the name of the stone that wasn’t peridot) . With raised voice & ugly behavior when I was trying to give more business to her store - then to top the cake she yelled she was going to find out who worked the day before as she did not allow photography in her store. I stated I took the photo after purchasing - at my hotel room (to send to my sister as I loved the piece so much) & said she was rude & that she had the worse customer service I have ever seen. It was honestly like something out of a bad movie. Then I left & spent several hundred elsewhere - some very cute & unique pieces with a horrible person...

I went in with my two crazy little kids just to look around quickly. I was not only amazed by the quality and uniqueness of the jewelry, but also the kindness of the employees, who were so pleasant and calm, unlike other stores on Rehoboth Ave., who have numerous signs about breaking and buying, shoplifting, and generally grumpy salespeople. Valhalla has become a regular stop for us when we visit the area and probably should be for just about anyone.
