I went here several months ago to have a custom box built for my subwoofer, sound deadening in the whole trunk, a cell battery installed in the trunk, pretty much a full custom trunk build. I spent over 2,000 dollars. They had my vehicle for about 2 months. They got to it when they felt like it. I didnât pay them to install and run wire because I could do that myself and upon getting it all to play, the enclosure obviously had some problems. I told Chris the install manager and he was very belligerent and telling me I was completely wrong. Iâve had it inspected by shops and have gotten the same response I had. It was really frustrating to have to deal with Chris because he was super rude. Cussed me out, wouldnât admit fault, etc. Everyone else was super nice and Marcus was a great help so I wouldnât want to say they are all bad. The sound deadening didnât cover the whole trunk and the custom false floor is starting to dip. Iâve had to go through a million hoops just to try to figure out the business owner to speak to him directly. Guys, I havenât forgotten about the poor work. Chris, I havenât forgotten about the threats to sue me for posting this review. I am now MECP and MESA certified and trying to get time to settle this. My lawyer has sent a certified letter with no response and Iâve been super busy and kind of set this project to the side. To Marcus : Thank you for the help and you really are a nice guy who seems to love what you do. To Chris : I havenât forgotten how rude you were, how you refused to give me the business owner to save your a**. Also, I didnât forget about the scratch you guys made on my $1,300 subwoofer. To the owner : You probably donât even know whatâs going on and I feel really bad if thatâs the case. Iâd love to talk. Do I trust them with an install, kind of. They could probably install a stereo no problem or do a basic or even advanced sound system. I donât know. But I do know that the fabrication was lacking and no one wanted to step up. This is the first review Iâve ever...
Read moreI can't say enough good things. Had a lot of unfortunate things happen while trying to leave Reno. Nick the manager spoke to me over the phone and really listened to me. I didn't feel rushed or forced. Because of my time line he let me come in asap (because I live in RV and travel now). He was clear on what he could and could not do. He didn't make any promises outside of his knowledge of my situation till he could have a look at it. My problem? Back up camera was malfunctioning and the product was not bought from them. I came in and Nick was put to the task of troubling shooting it. I was given an opportunity to understand cost of what I was paying for up front and what would happen worst case scenario. After what I have been through with this RV I was expecting the worst. Nick was very easy to speak with. Didn't speak above my knowledge or speak down to me. He was Polite and respectful. Remember an RV is your home not just a car. Nick was super fast and knowledgeable. I learned things about my RV I didnt know about (thanks Nick!). Not only did he manage to find the problem, it was corrected and I was back on my way in under a hour. There was no cheating me, dragging the process out, or trying to sell me something I didnt need. Which would be possible because most of these things are over my head. I told these guys what their service meant to me and asked what could I do? They said write a review. So here I am. Too many times people line up to complain, but where are the people lining up to say just how happy they are with something? Not often. Because happy people have other things to focus on. Don't always be mislead by a bad review (in general not speaking about here). Be your own judge. Very grateful to both you guys. I had a great, safe trip over the summit and felt really good about being able to monitor my jeep in tow while driving. Wish you both the most success in business and...
Read moreMy husband and I took our 2014 Leprechaun Coachman into Audio Express to have a $2700 system installed that has Bluetooth, Sirius, Navigation, and replacing our backup and side cameras. We purchased the product and set an appointment out for 3 weeks. We brought the RV in on a Friday afternoon so they could start on it and then have it all day Saturday to complete the job. We live in Battle Mountain sĂł knew we had to rent a room for the night. They had our RV all day Saturday and when we picked it up my husband was making sure everything worked to find out there was no side cameras installed. They told us sorry they did not have them in stock so they would get them ordered and just as soon as they came in they would get us in that Saturday to install them. While we had the RV at home we realized that the backup camera was installed in our trailer hitch so it had to be taken off to pull a trailer. 3 weeks later I call them to find out if the cameras had come in. Was told they would be in that week and they could schedule us for the following weekend. I asked why not this Saturday and was told we donât schedule that close in. Finally make the second trip on July 4th to have the cameras done including the backup redone. Dropped the RV off at 9am. Rented a car that they were told I had to have back by 5pm. 4 pm my husband goes in to check on the progress and was told it would be done at 5 or later. It never got done until after 5pm which made me late returning my car rental. Then as my husband is following me to return the rental car he figures out that now our heater/ac vents are not working which was working when we took it in. He calls them in regards to this and the guy says well what would you like me to do about it. Says we can bring it back on Tuesday and my husband says no we live in Battle Mountain and work M-F. Was told well I donât know what to do for you. Husband says I will be sending you a bill to...
