If you want something that's locked in a case: don't even bother. Just leave and buy it somewhere else.
Multiple times I've come here with my husband to buy games or accessories that are locked up, and it'll take 15-25 minutes of waiting, pressing the help button upwards of 5 times, stopping numerous employees walking by for help only to be told they don't have the key and they'll just keep on walking rather than going to get the person who DOES have the key. Eventually we just give up and leave without making the purchase because who wants to go shopping and spend close to half an hour waiting in one aisle without being helped.
My husband even went to speak to a manager the last time after we'd given up on waiting. He tried to blame it in there being a shift change. We pointed out it's not the first time this has happened. What's worse, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, or ask us what item we were looking to get, or offer to help us himself. (This was at 4:15pm on 8/23/25 if whoever at Target reads this wants to check the shift log to know who is costing them sales).
Considering Target has been experiencing considerable drops in sales to the point where your CEO just had to step down.....
I don't know, maybe you'd make more sales if you'd actually make things available for purchase. I don't think DEI was the problem, guys. 🤷♀️
Update: Went to try to purchase the item at the Wal-Mart on Damonte, had an employee come within 10 seconds of...
Read moreWent to retrieve an on line order place the night before to pickup today. Young man could not find my order and was not very interested inassisting me. Started looking for this item in a poorly manned and identified stor. Was like going through a bad maze! The South Reno store was a mess goods left abandoned and stacked up on shelvs. Finally found a young ladsy and she also looked on her phone for my order, no such luck (thius is with an order number) She went behind the counter with my name and came back with the order in a bag. Had to stand in a line of 8 people ( two lines one for returns & excganges and one for pickup. With only this very unmotivated person it was just stand in line. Finally had waited enough and just rushed the counter. Odly enough there was no scanner present to scan my bar code, which he did not even ask for the first time around. Some guy over by the cash register with a badge of authority and a walky talky was just standing. Motioned for him to add more personel to this growing line I was standing in. He made eye contact and just stood there. Could have gotten off his high horse and aided this poor employee, what a joke. Will not nor do not shop at thia target ever again. Will del;ete my passwords and all information pertaing to this...
Read moreHayden is amazing. She seriously went way above and beyond for me a couple days ago, and helped me out immensely. I had a mess of baby shower gift receipts and several items to return and no clue what items were on which receipt, and I was dreading having to try to sort it out. There was a line in customer service so she jumped in to help out and was so patient and thorough. It was quite a process, and she (or any other employee) very easily could have been annoyed or inconvenienced but she had the exact opposite reaction. She created a system and took her time which made me feel like I was important as a customer, and seems to be so rare these days. She has helped me before this day and I remembered her, because she just seems like a genuinely good person. In our interaction she was thoughtful and nice to talk to, and courteous and friendly with her co-workers too. It seems like she really values and enjoys her job. I seriously can’t say enough good things about her. She definitely deserves a raise .. but good karma is definitely coming her way no matter what, I just know it. Thank you so...
