Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Reno

Very Very good coffee, Teas, and other drinks. The facilities and staff are very nice and speedy service. Didn't catch the ladies name but my wife had never been to dutch brother and gave her the drink free just in case she didn't like it. On top of that she gave me a military discount on the other drink so very good service first time here. Since then we have been back to this location 4 times, same great service same great drinks. Better prices than Starbucks and a better drink selection in my own opinion. I would highly recommend this location for sure most the dutch bros in Reno are very new. This location is very good, the drive thru is kinda of a nightmare when busy but it's quite alright the service is still speedy and I can look past it. I would recommend the golden eagle if you don't know what to get breva style. Also want to go the 1st day of the month so you can get those stickers. Most of the stickers are so awesome, but that is just me. There is also a small parking lot between the drive thru so you can park and order at the all up window if you are in a little...

On point!! The service was amazing; super friendly, polite and fast. We did the walk up window do to the size of our vehicle, didn't have to wait at all. The music was enjoyable not blaring which was nice, you could actually have a decent conversation w\o shouting. Atmosphere was great, cheery an down to earth. Our drinks were so yummy & made to our liking which is heaven! Our drinks are pretty specific ( a blended white coffee cookie w\almond milk & soft top extra sweet, a blended Christmas morning w\1 shot of white coffee w\almond milk & a soft top, a blended white coffee dutch canyon w\almond milk & a soft top, a blended white coffee German chocolate mocha w\almond milk and a hot cinnamon spice tea made w\almond milk like a London fog w\o vanilla flavor with tea bags left in) so sometimes it's hard to find someone who knows how to make your drinks properly but you can tell these gals know what they are doing! I really wish their menu was easier to deal with. Learning how to order here is mind boggling. As someone who watches their carb intake, trying to research options is nearly impossible. Ask a helpful and friendly order taker about sugar free options, and they will quickly rattle off your choices, but it is enough to make you stare dumbly until they offer a sugar free drink suggestion. I'm still crossing my fingers that my drink of choice actually fits into my diet, because I haven't found anyway to check the nutrition info online.

I love that people are proud to work at Dutch Bros and that they have fun, but seriously, turn the music down a notch. It is such an awkward experience to yell back and forth to place the order and then yell at people in the pick up window. I know. I'm officially old, and I'm telling these kids to get off my lawn and turn the noise down.
