Keystone Commons — Local services in Reno

Whoever designed this center needs a demotion or a new job. I’ve worked in the center since February and I’ve already seen so many crashes and close calls. People get confused by the hidden dead end parking areas and have to backup in really hard to maneuver areas. Not to mention the designers didn’t even account for pedestrians walking store to store from the higher level to the lower level. It’s super dangerous and someone’s going to end up getting hit if they don’t figure out how to fix this. Theres so many congestion issues and not even all the stores are open yet. Don’t get me started on the innout line situation, it makes the poor design problems so much worse. I hope there is a way they can redesign the parking lot sooner rather than later because it’s really a safety concern and whoever planned it should be...

I'm a civil engineer and I can wholeheartedly say: to the greedy developer and the civil engineers who designed this atrocious center, you should all be ashamed of yourself. We use this shopping center as an example to our young designers of how NOT to lay out a shopping center. Blind corners with obstacles, no escape parking lots with endless drive throughs intersecting them. The starbucks drive through is laughably bad. I personally witnessed a vehicle run into the Starbucks while trying to navigate it. What a huge cluster. I can't believe that this got past permitting.

Great location. It is next to the on ramp of I-80 on Keystone Ave and W 5th St. In Reno. Close to downtown Reno and UNR campus With over 11,000 Square Feet still available.

This retail center is on 8.6 acres. It was built in 2022. It is l9cted in the Sky Country Estates in Reno.

There is a large parking area. However, getting in and out of the parking lot can be difficult at times. Especially during high traffic times.

Located here is the new Cracker Barrel, In & Out, Starbucks, Wendy's, Firehouse Subs, Mountain Mike Pizza, Chipotle, Jamba Juice, AT&T, DULUX Window Coverings. With room to grow.
