If you’re in Northwest Reno and craving a delicious, satisfying meal, the In-N-Out on 5th Street is a must-visit. From the moment you pull into the drive-through, you’re greeted with friendly and efficient service that sets the tone for a great experience. The staff here are always courteous and quick, ensuring your order is accurate and fresh.

The food, as expected from In-N-Out, is top-notch. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, made with 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. Whether you go for a classic Double-Double or customize your order, you won’t be disappointed. The fries are hand-cut and cooked to perfection, and the shakes, made from real ice cream, are the perfect treat to complete your meal.

The atmosphere at this location is welcoming and clean. Even if you choose to dine in, you’ll find the dining area well-maintained and comfortable. For those who prefer the convenience of the drive-through, the process is smooth and efficient, even during peak hours.

Parking is ample, though you might need to walk a little from your spot to the entrance. However, this minor inconvenience is more than worth it for the quality of food and the reasonable prices. In-N-Out consistently delivers great value, making it a favorite for both locals and visitors alike. After you've ordered from their menu multiple times, ask about their secret menu for a fun switch up. Animal style, to protein style, and of course the nepolitan shake!

Overall, the In-N-Out on 5th Street in Reno offers a fantastic dining experience with excellent food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s definitely...

11.4.23 update: late night munchies again and this time after the Ice Cube show at the GSR. I went with the drive-thru as the line was really short and less than a 10 minute wait. I ordered a single cheeseburger animal style with animal style fries and a strawberry shake. Again, the fries were so good that they didn't make it home for a pic. The single hit the spot since I also had a milkshake that was delicious and filling. In the end, I was still overly stuffed yet definitely satisfied.

10.11.23: Late night munchies yet again after a music concert and you can't go wrong with In-N-Out Burger. For being close to the midnight hour, the drive-thru line was long and we decided maybe going in was faster. We were wrong haha, it was pretty busy inside and we waited a good 15 minutes for my order (with 10 orders in front of me) and about 20 minutes for my friend's order.

I ordered a combo #1: double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink--on both, I ordered animal style. In the 5 minutes I was waiting for my friend's order, I dived right into my fries. No one likes cold fries! They were so good that by the time I remembered to take a pic, it was too late. The fries were so good that I couldn't wait to take a bite of my burger and snapped a quick pic before devouring half. The cheeseburger was delicious and no complaints as In-N-Out is pretty consistent with...

UPDATE:

Unfortunately, I have to change this rating from a 5 star. Really disappointed in the service at this location. We go once a week as we live close by. Every single week, I order flying Dutchman’s Animal Style, with pickles and chopped peppers. Nearly every single time, the order is never correct. I can’t remember the last time they’ve given me what I ordered (and what was on the receipt). It’s been that long. Tonight I kindly asked the drive thru employee if there was a way she could make sure the kitchen gives me the correct order and all she said was she’d put the order in. Well I didn’t get what I ordered! But I did at least get the chopped peppers this time. Extremely frustrating considering I spend a good amount of money here and have always loved in n out as a whole. They used to be known for consistency and customer service but after a few negative interactions with non-helpful employees and continually getting the wrong order, I’m over it.

OLD We’re so happy this in n out opened up right by us! No more driving to Sparks just to wait in a huge line. Since they’ve opened they have seemed to get a really good handle on serving lots of people in a timely manner. The food is always great and the staff is...
