Amazing customer service and knowledge. The owner, Spence, is amazing at what he does. I went to Victory Bowling Services because I feel everyone should be looking to improve their game and the best way is to consult an expert in ball fit and coaching. The adjustments Spence made in my layouts have resulted in pain free bowling and I no longer have to use all sorts of aids to keep my thumb and fingers from bad calluses, blisters, and cuts. Prior to meeting Spence, I was really just adapting my bowling game to my equipment and layouts and it was only going to take me just so far. After changing my equipment and working with Spence (he's a USBC Silver Coach) I now know what a proper bowling swing feels like. It's amazing to see him work with people of all skill levels and meet them where they are at in the game and provide immediate improvement. I've witnessed him working with novice bowlers and those competing at the pro levels and he uses the same level of patience and professional communication with each. It is quite uplifting to see the flawless score for the reviews for this pro shop, more importantly the pro himself. I’ve had many lessons from a wide variety of pro shop owners, but Spence has a keen eye for imperfections or areas for improvement just from watching you throw one shot. What’s even more amicable is his coaching skills, he can see thirty issues to work on, but he will address it one step at a time. In the first one hour lesson I had with him, I improved my game more than I ever had in my entire life through past coaches and years and years of private lessons. On top of all that, Spence is just a really cool guy who’s always great to run into. Couldn’t recommended this shop or the lessons enough, skill level and approach types matter not, the man is a savant of the lanes.

I am a senior, new to the sport. I have gotten so much support and knowledge from Spence. He is a certified coach, and a great teacher. He is willing to pass his knowledge of the game on to those seeking help. I am amazed at the amount of stuff he has in his shop. Everything is beautifully displayed and priced. You can go in for a pair of shoes and I bet he will have your size ready for you to try on. He has the best selection of balls and is a trained driller. If there’s something you need, I bet he has it. If not, he will get it for you. I love Spence. He has given me the confidence to play this game and to play it well.
