Iām not gonna lie, clothes are cute and very pretty, it fits well also. Every time my bf and I visit Reno which happens only once or twice a year. We go shop here at 2bella and spends about $300 or more and the last visit we spent $640. When I see clothes that I like .. FIRST THING I check is the SIZE. Iām a small and never go medium. The reason for this review is about the sizing. I know for sure that I tried on a size SMALL for the Satin Maxi Skirt and the waist was okay but the length was perfect. I tried on a bunch of clothes, as in a bunch!!!! So, when I was about to check out, I checked for the sizes and the maxi skirt for some reason got switched to medium and so I asked whereās the small one and the manager who was assisting us said they never had small but like I said āwhen I like something, I check first for the sizeā Iām saying that it was switched because I saw her holding the same skirt on her hands folding it and headed to the back room or storage room. Thatās the start why I questioned the manager (whom I asked earlier if she was the owner because she was very helpful) Anyway, like I said I tried on a bunch of other stuff after that question so I kind of forgot about it. We were in the store for maybe 2 hours or more looking for a possible attire for the wedding Iām attending to in September and also to buy other cute clothes. So, Iām done trying on clothes and paid for what I want and go on with our night went back home to the Bay Area the following day and got home tried on the satin maxi skirt again just to make sure if the manager was not lying to me. The waist was similar but the length was longer. Iām just pissed because Iām not sure now if the manager tricked me. Iām sorry if I was in the wrong, but too many clothes I have tried on so itās easy to lose track, and she kept taking it when I like to check clothes for imperfections, and IF I HAVE NOT seen her holding a similar skirt and headed to the back room I would have not worry about it. I just have a hard time looking for a clothes because Iām too short (4ā10ā). Iām sorry if I was in the wrong BUT I REALLY FELT THAT SHE SWITCHED THE SIZE FROM...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. We visited this boutique as returning customersāmy friend had already spent close to $100 there previously. When we arrived with our children, no one greeted us or acknowledged us. While my friendās daughter (a minor) was trying on bathing suits in a dressing room, the owner abruptly pulled open the curtain to retrieve clothes, without checking if it was occupiedāeven though no staff was monitoring the dressing rooms and we were told to use any open one the day prior. When we voiced our concerns, the owner was rude, dismissive, and prioritized another customerāwho was whiteāover us. It wasnāt until we mentioned leaving a review that she attempted to apologize, but by then the damage was done. We strongly believe this interaction was racially motivated. Had we been treated with basic respect, we would have happily supported this business further. Instead, we left feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. Avoid this boutiqueāoverpriced, unprofessional, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy whole experience was pretty good until I had to go check out. Because I was touching a lot if clothes I wanted to put some hand sanitizer on. When I pushed down the handle on the bottle the hand sanitizer squirted up into and below my eye and the employee that was checking us out proceeded to laugh while my grandma had to quickly ask for a napkin and yet the employee said "yes just wait" and proceeded to continue what she was doing in the cash register while the hand sanitizer was burning my eye/skin, both my skin and eye also turned red and irritated. When we were about to leave my grandma had asked her name and she said Stephanie but yet on the receipt it said that the employee name was Pamela. Such a disappointing and...
