I had the worst service & experience of my life at this place in Renton. I was leaving town, wanted my lashes done & went to the first place I could make an appt. I was set up with Tiki. Long story short, I paid, even tipped 20%, and quickly rushed out. Once I got home and in the light, I noticed my lash tips were WHITE, LIKE WHITE WHITE. I had to confirm with numerous people to make sure I was not crazy. I called them and the receptionist was rude, not helpful & told me to come in to get them taken off when I literally had no time. The lashes were uneven, and didnt even look like I had them done. The layers were uneven and looking at them from above you could see they were not even and the glue was all over and it actually hurt so bad. This experience ruined my trip and I looked like a clown. How do you botch a job & tell me theres nothing you can do? They shoud have never charged me, they are $$ hungry and I am disputing this and fighting. If they don't refund me I'll dedicate my time to tell everyone my experience. I cannot believe how horrible these lashes made my trip and I am so upset. They wouldn't even let me talk to the person in charge and refused to tell me the managers name! I literally was in so much pain I ripped off my lashes during my flight. If you look closely, the tips are white but the pics do not even do justice on how white and horrible they were. I have got my lashes done before so I know what legit lash extensions look like. I have been getting my lashes done for over a year at another salon. I needed an emergency appointment for a fill and was lucky enough to get into House of lashes for a same-day appointment (or so I thought lucky) when I left I was not happy with the fill but I didn't want to be rude, The esthetician was nice lady. The next day I noticed shedding & it has only gotten worse! I know how to care for my lashes, like I said I've been getting them done for over a year and have never seen such a badly done fill job! I was hesitant to call them to complain, but I look like I Never recieved a fill! So I called in. The girl on the phone was Extremely Rude & So Unprofessional! Not willing to supply a touch up AT ALL! First off she told me she doesn't know how I even got anyone to work on me anyway since they don't do volume fills after another salon has done the work. But They CHARGED ME $60 FOR IT! She said their policy is 3 days. I didn't know there was a policyfor that. I mentioned that I felt odd about calling in to complain in the first place, she said "Isn't that funny, you're making the call now!" She proceeded to talk over me and finally hung up in my face! I am appalled at this treatment. I trusted this company, I feel totally ripped off! I wasn't asking for anything except what I paid for! I had my lashes done here before and I do not recommend this place at all. The lady who did my lashes the last, to also considered herself a dedicated lash-tech professional was RUDE and just fully GAVE UP on doing my lashes (not what a 'dedicated professional' should be doing). I have allergy issues therefore my eyes are constantly teary and the extensions falls-off quick because my natural lashes are thin and delicate. She would be confronting me about it face-to-face in-front of another client (again! not what a 'dedicated professional' should be doing) there and I felt humiliated and really offended by her actions. I am not the type of person who would create a scene when provoked. I have always tipped her nicely every time I go there but she made it known to me that she didn't want me back anymore probably because of my sparse lashes. I have told my friends about my experience here and I will continue telling it to everyone as well. I finally found another place that would put up with my lashes and they are treating me as an actual human being and doing my lashes nicely as well. I will never ever go back here.
