I’m very unhappy with the food and service I received at the Renton Applebee’s location. The first bad experience was I ordered a salmon caesar salad. They don’t have salmon Caesar salad on the menu but the manager let me order it with extra charge. The salmon was so overcooked it could have been jerky. I did call and complain about the overcooked salmon. I thought the manager tried to fix the situation by sending us a gift card for the uneatable salmon but we have yet to receive anything. The second time I ordered Wonton Chicken Tacos and it was missing the slaw plus one of the sides orders was wrong. I didn’t call and complain because I felt like nothing was done with my first complaint and should have double check my order. The next visit I seriously checked my order and thank God I did. I was missing a whole order of Wonton Chicken Tacos. When I arrived there the lady brought out my order and I thought the bag looked like it was missing some of my food. I checked my bag and notice I was missing my husband Wonton Tacos. I had to take my receipt and go in and tell the waitress that I was missing the Tacos. She apologized to me and said she would go the order for me. When she came back she started questioning me like I was lying about the missing tacos. I invited her to go with me to my car and check to see if they were there. I was so close to returning the whole order. Long story short I won’t be going back to the...
Read moreOverall, this shopping plaza seems to be a decent place to visit. However, whether or not it will meet your needs depends on what you're looking for. The plaza offers a variety of shops and services, including a coffee shop, grocery store, Big5, pet store, salon, several restaurants, and a Becu ATM. So, if you need any of these services, it could be a good place to visit.
One advantage of this shopping plaza is that the parking is quite spacious, which can be a relief if you've ever struggled to find parking at other busy shopping centers. Additionally, if you live in the Renton area, this plaza could be quite convenient for you, as you won't need to travel far to access the shops and services it offers.
However, if you're looking for something more specific or specialized, you may need to look elsewhere. It's also worth noting that the quality of the individual shops and services may vary, so it's a good idea to check reviews or ask for recommendations before you visit. Overall, though, if you're in the Renton area and need some basic shopping or services, this plaza could be a good...
