After nearly six years as a loyal customer of Regus Renton Triton Towers, I’m disappointed to share an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. I’ve been unable to update my payment method using their app—a critical feature for managing business services. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of support from the Regus team. Repeated attempts to seek assistance have gone unanswered, leaving me without a solution.

Regus, as a company that positions itself as a partner for business needs, I expect better. Basic functionality and reliable customer support should not be too much to ask for, especially from a long-standing customer.

I’m sharing this here to hold Regus accountable and urge them to fix this issue. Businesses like mine depend on your services, and we deserve better. Regus, please step up and deliver the quality of service you promise.

When you sign up for a multi-month agreement and you are no longer in need of the services there is no way to get out. There is no early termination fee. There is no way to get out. Customer service will not bend because you signed an agreement and there is absolutely nothing they will do to help you.
