I never had such a worst experience on this office, the lady on the front sent me to the office to speak to her supervisor/manager of the office and a gentleman with bold hair was sitting there and he presented his self as the manager of the center and he is the most rudest person I ever meet. I wish I got his name and let the other people know thru this review who is that person but he absolutely don’t deserve to be on that center. He was absolutely awful and didn’t even let me explain my problem but jus ignored me and keep looking to his computer and saying that he was busy and he don’t know anything about my case. He said that they are center only for finger prints and pictures and he don’t answer any questions. The lady who was working there before who seems to be transferred to another center was really helpful and I wish she was still here. I absolutely don’t understand how THIS BOLD HAIR GUY SEATING AT THE OFFICE GOT HIS JOB BUT HE WAS REALLY RUDE, NOT HELPFUL AND OFFENSIVE. Good luck everyone with the poor customer service offered at...
Read moreI had the pleasure of accompanying my two elderly parents to their biometrics appointment at the USCIS Revere office, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was. From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
The entire staff was extremely courteous and respectful, making sure my parents felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. A special thank you to the supervisor—I believe her name is Megan, a kind blonde woman who truly stood out. She greeted everyone with a warm smile and treated each person with patience and compassion. Her positive energy set the tone for the whole visit.
The office itself was clean, well-organized, and ran like clockwork. Everything was smooth and efficient. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and dignity shown to my family. Thank you to the entire USCIS Revere team for making what could have been a stressful day feel so positive...
