I placed order online for delivery at WINGSTOP through DOORDASH. The estimated time of delivery was fine. It's when the driver walked to me with my bag torn open with open food exposed. The driver expressed this is how the bag was given to him. Not sure where the blame lies, rather it be with the driver or the establishment. Common sense should of revealed itself for driver to request at establishment to resecure bag before grabbing to-go order. Either way, was very disappointed, dissatisfied, and degusted on condition of packaging. It's 2024, soon to be 2025. I refuse to be unsafe of the food I put into my mouth/body. Who in their right mind would take an opened order from a third party delivery service. Looking for comments on who should take the "L". DOORDASH or WINGSTOP. Needless to say I told the driver to keep the order. I didn't want it. I called DOORDASH CUSTOMER SERVICE immediately to express my displeasure and demanded a full refund. Adding insult to injury. Read moreThis place has horrible service. I ordered wings and fries and I waited 35 minutes for my order. When I confronted the Chasier, Yesica, she said that they randomly pick orders which means it doesn't matter that I ordered first and I found that to be poor service. Not only this, after receiveing my order, I tried to speak to her co-workers about their service, advising them that a customer shouldn't being waiting for 35 minutes for their order. She just jumped in our conversation, trying to dismiss my comment and proceed to tell me that it's the guys in the back who are preparing the food. She was rude and ready to dismiss me without hearing what I had to say. What she fails to understand is that, it's not my business that the guys at the back are the ones who are taking their sweet time to complete customers orders. What I needed from them is to listen and take the info to their management so they improve their service. But she was ready to be personal and act childish. Read moreWhile I was waiting for my order I was able to realize how all the cooks and preparers do not have the necessary hygiene to work in the kitchen, they take off their caps rub their hands in their hair, and continue cooking and handling the food, I saw the person in charge of the fries wet his finger with saliva so he could tear off the paper they used to serve the fries. This same person was eating something. I saw him lick his fingers and continue serving fries without washing his hands. Everyone in the kitchen takes their cell phones out of the back pockets of their pants while preparing and serving food without washing their hands after handling the cell phone. I definitely won't buy it again, it's disgusting to see those people working in the kitchen. This happened today between 8:00 and 8:30 at night, I left the time in case the manager is interested in checking the cameras and realizing the lack of hygiene of his workers....
