Custom Creatures pet club — Local services in Rexburg

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an amazing family-owned business! The moment my family (husband, daughters ages 7 and 4, and myself) walked into Custom Creatures Pet Shop, we were warmly greeted by Teagan. We let him know we were just visiting from out of town and only there to explore, but that didn’t stop him from treating us like valued customers.

The shop is packed with fascinating creatures, spiders, snakes, lizards, chameleons, turtles, and so much more. When we stumbled across the coolest fish we’d ever seen (an axolotl!), our family had about a million questions. Teagan answered each one with such patience, kindness, and expert knowledge, even knowing we weren’t there to make a purchase.

We also got to meet his dad, Jordan, who was feeding their giant turtle (which you can walk right up to and see, so cool!). Jordan was just as welcoming and helpful, sharing fun facts and answering questions from every curious visitor.

It’s clear how much love and care they put into not only their animals, but also their customer service. We were so impressed, we stopped by again before leaving town. If you’re ever in Rexburg, make time to check out this gem of a pet shop. Thank you Teagan and Jordan for making our visits...

The selection of reptiles and exotic pets is top notch. The selection for creature products is fantastic. The expertise and customer service are great.

My family and I will be by weekly for crickets and a great reptile buffet. My kids are obsessed with the Axolotl selection and toys.
