Beware! I purchased a bed frame last month, and once set up, discovered it was damaged. It collapses when you sit on the bed. I called and explained the situation, and the employee informed me that Idaho mattress outlet doesn’t allow you to return items even if they’re broken. No returns at all!! It’s insane! A return has to go through the manufacturer. The store told me to send pictures or a video, and they would take care of the exchange with the manufacturer though. I did, and almost two weeks passed and I heard nothing from the store. I called and asked for an update, and an employee said he would find out what’s going on and contact me. Well, I haven’t heard anything back from them still. Terrible customer service. Just hope you don’t buy a faulty product or you will never get your money back.

As you can see below, the owner responded and said that they offered me in store credit but I refused and wanted my money back. He is either lying or misinformed. I was told I couldn’t even exchange the product. Obviously I would exchange it because that was my plan—I need a bed so why wouldn’t I? So now it seems they are shady as well. But I guess all it takes is a bad review and they will get back to you to take care of...

The salesman we worked with here was nice, but he honestly didn't know very much. He exaggerated the retail price of some of these beds to us and we ended up buying a bed at a price I later realized wasn't even a good deal. The worst part, and why this store deserves nothing better than one star, is the fact that we were lied to. Beyond the lies about MSRP, etc. we were told that the only defect with the mattress we decided to purchase was scuffing that had happened to the corner while in the shipping process. While the scuffing was there, we quickly realized after purchase that there were serious internal defects with the bed as well which we were not made aware of. Of course they would not accept returns (generally a horrible idea to purchase a mattress without a warranty and return period). The bed is now (after one year of normal use) completely lopsided, with giant bumps of material rising as much as 4 inches above where they should be and the other side of the bed is slipping down so far that the top edge and bottom edge have almost met. Due to the complete lack of quality, respect, and honesty I would highly recommend that you avoid this place...

A few months back my wife and I walked into the place, just to get an idea of what kind of bed we would like to get for in the future. The sales rep on duty was very helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable, an all round good guy. He talked to us about everything they offered and asked a lot of questions to get to know us and what we were looking for in a bed. He was really good! Months later we go back to put money down on a bed, and find the exact bed that we wanted. Which was great! So before we leave this new rep was telling us that he would put it in the system and get the bed off the sales floor and wrapped up for us. Next week I go to pay off and pick up said bed, and the new rep on the floor was being very complacent talking to other customers, and blowing me off for about an hour in total. He couldn't find our bed, and didn't look interested in helping me at all. I finally found out bed, on the sales floor, not wrapped up and moved.... I am not the type to get impatient easily, and so it took a solid hour of this before I was agitated. All in all, we love our bed, but this place could do with some...
