The Cookie Place — Restaurant in Rexburg

I've ordered from them twice now. I had heard amazing things about it but figured I'd try it myself. Some odd things I noticed is that the pricing is the same regardless of quantity, it's always 2.50 a cookie, kind of bucks the general trend of larger orders having a lower per item price but okay. The real problem is that delivery is slow, at least compared to a pizza, the first time it was about 2 hours and the second time it was just shy of an hour and a half. There has also been huge disparity of quality, the first time I had to wait but it was a serious A+ batch of cookies, this second time it was definitely C rate and it was wildly disappointing. Considering its about the most expensive batch of cookies I've ever boughten I expect consistent A rate quality. I might order again, but the second batch really turned me off. Also, Both times I was going to tip the deliverer but they didn't have a receipt for me to sign and left pretty quickly so maybe they don't expect to get tipped? Idk...

My Thoughts: LOVE their cookies!! Their chocolate chip cookies are a solid option. I had the chance to try their other flavors (which are good too), but not as good as the chocolate chip.

What They Offer: Cookies. The flavors they have so far are: Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Oatmeal, Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip, sugar cookie. Milk.

Customer Service: Every time I've gone, they've served me a whole box of cookies within minutes. They're always super friendly and we have good little chats.

Cons: The only downside is they don't sell single cookies. However, if you go with someone it's not a huge deal or if you prefer left over cookies for the next day :)

Additional Benefits: They have a loyalty card you can fill up and get a free box of cookies after 10 purchases (it's easy to do once you've had a taste of their cookies). If you follow them on Instagram, they'll occasionally do giveaways and will have promotions to get an extra cookie with your purchase, meaning 5 cookies...

THE BEST COOKIES! I don’t understand why people get Crumble cookies. Crumble cookies always make me feel sick afterwards with their weird after taste. The Cookie Place however...These cookies are the Kryptonite to any diet I've ever started. Every time I've had these cookies I feel like a piece of me just became happier. I'm sure there are a few calories in these cookies, but these calories are worth it.

I've read some 1 star reviews, complaining about not being able to get just a single cookie.......really!!! Who could only eat one cookie here!!! For those who have the willpower to only eat one of these cookies, you are gifted. For the rest of us, the options of soooo many wonderful cookies to have to ourselves and then SHARE with others and by so doing create lasting friendships ONLY...
