I cannot say enough good things about our experience, thanks to Yolanda's exceptional customer service! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and immediately set the tone for a delightful meal.
What truly stood out was Yolanda's thoughtful recommendations. She didn’t just take our order—she elevated our entire dining experience by suggesting food and drink pairings we would never have thought of. Her knowledge of the menu and attention to detail were impressive, and her suggestions introduced us to flavor combinations that were nothing short of extraordinary.
The food itself was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of vibrant flavors, but it was clear that the kitchen staff deserves just as much credit as Yolanda. The teamwork between the front and back of house was seamless, and you could tell that everyone took pride in their roles.
Yolanda went above and beyond to ensure that our time here was not just a meal, but an experience to savor. Her attentive and genuine care made us feel valued as customers, and we left feeling not only satisfied but also grateful for the excellent service and culinary experience.
Big props to Yolanda and the kitchen team for making this such a memorable visit. This is exactly the kind of service that turns casual diners into loyal customers. Highly recommended! We’ll...
Read moreThis experience was horrible, i dont know what happned but they took our order fairly quick but from there it went completely down hill. The couple next to us we had noticed had been there before us. We came in exactly @8:43am got our drink by what seemed to be the manager. For the next 40mins, from where we were seated we could see that all the food was piling up and the servers would casually just look at the food. We could physically see plates of food stakes on top of each other and NOTHING was being handed out. As you looked around everyone obviously was without food. The couple next to us also ended up getting the wrong food items. And that was another 20mins for them to recieve that. Im a calm person, or at least like to think that i am, but man ive never been so frustrated at a restaraunt. We held off as long we could. At the end we gave up went to pay only for our drinks after an hour and 10min, ANOTHER server casually strolled out with our food. We respectfully declined, to which she suggested we'd take it to go and we agreed. That too was mistake for that took another 15 min. I asked the register lady to just charge us for the drinks. We paid for it, and she then goes... I have to go to the back to get change... We were done and we left without getting our change out of fustration. Paid $10 for drinks and NO FOOD...
Read moreIf someone gave me a car to commute to work, my first instinct is to express my gratitude. Similarly, when someone holds the door for me as I enter a building, I feel compelled to thank them. If someone pays for my meal, I also want to show my appreciation.
This leads me to wonder why some waitstaff act as though receiving tips is an automatic expectation. For instance, today, after I tipped a waitress, she simply picked up the check and said, "I'll see you next time," without any acknowledgment of my gratitude. It makes me question if people are losing basic social awareness. If I were in her position and received a tip, I would make sure to thank the person to encourage them to tip me again in the future. It just seems like common sense to me; just simple self preservation. Could waitresses and waiters, really be that stupid. To top it off, I gave way above the suggested amount. Somebody help me with this. This waitress will never ever get another tip from me until I heard a serious thank you. It's not in my desire to be recognized, I just want those that I'm dealing, with to have some dam sense. That's my take...
