Just left the store. At first it was a decent experience. Although no one in dressing room area. Guess I didn’t mind being on my own. But checking out was unnecessarily long due to slow worker and one register open. Finally nice gentleman came to help but I got the slow girl who had the nerve to request that I remove the hangers off all the clothes before giving them to her. Then instead of folding the clothes before placing them in the bags she just balled them up and put them in the bags. If this is the new Burlington that just opened they need to close right back up only time you get good customer service is when you see the big kids walking in the store you standing and ask people for something they act like you're bothering them or something and it's sad that you all took away the layaway and the way you have to come in and out of that store is ridiculous you got a security guard standing up there on his damn phone you can't get anything that you need you have to wait 15 minutes for a cashier and a customer service is horrible and that store the Lansing store just opened and it is horrible already they should have stayed on the other end this...

I went to this location to pay my credit card bill if you shop here then you know that it two sets of doors to get it in. The first set was unlocked but the second set was locked the sign says the store closes at 10pm not 945pm I was just trying to pay my bill the manager gladly came to the door and stated they close at 930 i told her the website and your doors say 10 she again lied and said the store closed today at 9 30 so now I have a late fee on my bill do to the fact she wants to close the store before...
