My husband bought me a diamond ring for $1200 from here when we where dating. Beautiful ring, however, the diamonds keep falling out. We have been here numerous times to get them replaced. And shortly after getting them replaced they fall out again. Its usually the same ones that keep falling out, some new ones. So what ever they are doing to "fix" jewelery isnt working if its the same stones that keep falling out. Not once have they offered any sort of compensation or refund for the terrible ring they sold him. Instead we drive the hour and half (my husband was working in the area when he bought the ring) wait for a couple hours for them to fix it and drive back, for them to pointlessly replace the diamonds that are just going to fall out again. I (stupidly) also had another ring resized from them when we where there for the other ring and they had to take my stone out of the setting to resize it. They asked permission, which I gave. When I got my ring back it wasnt center. I gave it back to him to fix and he literally rolled his eyes, gave it to the guy who was fixing jewelry , who also rolled his eyes, apparently re did it and handed it back to me looking exactly the same and uneven. I would not recommend buying any jewelry or getting anything...

I’m absolutely disappointed by the service I received from this company. I trusted them with my valuable jewelry, and they stole it. I handed over my items for a simple repair, and when I went back to pick them up, they had mysteriously disappeared and replaced with replica. The staff acted like they didn’t know anything, and the manager was completely unhelpful. No apology, no explanation— they refused to take any responsibility.

I’ve contacted them multiple times, and they’ve done nothing but give me the runaround. It’s as if they wanted my jewelry gone. I feel completely violated and betrayed by this company. If you value your possessions, DO NOT trust them with your things. I’m out thousands of dollars, and all I get are excuses and no action.

Absolutely horrendous service. They stole from me, plain and simple. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. To make matters worse, after I tried to reach out to them and get answers, I looked at their website reviews, and guess what? Most of these great reviews are all fake! I had the distinct feeling that they were planting positive reviews to cover up their terrible track record. It’s clear that they’re willing to go to any length to deceive...

Took 6 invicta watches in to have new batteries put in. The watches have been in a waterproof Invicta case for quite some time. After picking them up and bringing them home and inspecting them in my house I noticed that 2 of the bands were broken. Upon calling the store they told me that they assumed I knew they were broken. I have no proof if they were broken beforehand or they actually did it but bussinesses with good customer service with would say, hey by the way did you know that these bands were broken and if they cared about their customers and making money they would have at least offered me the chance to purchase new bands through them. Instead they didn't bring it up at all and when I called them out on it they just said oh we assumed you knew they were broken. Now I understand silicone is not the greatest material but it is very durable and when they are properly stored like they have been their entire lives there should have been no reason for them to be broken. I'm very unhappy with the situation and had they spoken up to state their innocence when I picked them up I would be in a lot...
