Hello, So on 4.10.22 I placed a large order thru the chipotle app and went to pick my order up at about 7pm. When I got to the restaurant All of my order were bagged together although one of the orders placed had a different name on it as it was going to a different location...I asked the gentleman at the register if he was the one who bagged my order and he replied yes. I then asked how I could tell the salad order from the rest because I needed to bag it separately. He replied they are all labeled according to the order on the receipt. I said ok...can I please have a another bag to bag it separately. He then slung it at me. After taking all the orders out of the bag I found the third item and opened it to ensure it was the salad. At that point I realized the salad was made incorrectly as it was missing the extra chicken and guac i purchased. I then asked the gentleman could he please look at the salad because it was made incorrectly...and he refused to help me. He stated that he could not tell if it had the extra chicken/guac because it was other toppings on top and it was nothing else he could do. I asked the gentleman if I could have his name and he said his name was Sarah. After realizing he gave me a fake name. I then asked the young lady standing next to him to give me his name and he said she couldn't give it out because he was a minor. The young lady never said anything but they both then stood behind the counter chuckling at me...In conclusion I spent almost $70 on an order from your established (pre-paid) to not only have it incorrect, but to also be lied to and laughed at...while trying to get help to fix an order they messed up. The staff at the matteson IL ocation are extremely rude!!! And I will be posting this review on all of the social media platforms to inform consumers of the terrible customer service skills this location possess. The gentleman never gave me his name. Read moreIf I could give this place a negative zero that would be the most accurate review. When I say I should have turned around when I walked in...I SHOULD HAVE TURNED AROUND!!!!!! When the first thing I see is an employee standing on top of a counter of a food service space with her socks trying to get some utensils down I should have known what type of experience would follow. And mind you I watched her and waited for her to wipe down the area she was just standing on...nope that wipe down never happened. She just proceeded to the register and began checking out customers as if nothing happened. Then if that wasn't bad enough one of the employees must have brought their kids to work because it was a 3-4 year old running back and forth from the back where food was being prepared to the seating area. Ok, all red flags that should have turned me around but my hunger made me stay. Welp, to make matters worse my daughter's food was prepared with the most attitude which I didn't understand where it came from which resulted in the burrito that was ordered to be prepared in the most sloppiest, unappealing, and ultimately inedible kind of way. The burrito was not folded properly which caused all of the contents to spill out and when asked for it to be wrapped (not even remade which it should have been) with another shell the rudest and non-customer based response was provided. The employee told my daughter she can give her a shell and you can rewrap it yourself or eat as a burrito bowl instead. Like wth! If she wanted a burrito bowl that's what I would have ordered. This place is beyond unprofessional and I WILL NEVER go this location ever again. I wish I would have checked the reviews prior and I wouldn't have wasted...
