Upon my frequent visits to Fat Straws, I've had the pleasure of encountering Anthony Noel Munoz, one of the most dedicated and hardworking employees I've ever come across. From the moment I step through the door, his warm smile and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a delightful experience.

Anthony's dedication to his craft is truly commendable. He approaches every task with precision and care, ensuring that each drink he prepares is not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor. I am very disappointed with this specific location. They recently sent a promotion on Facebook for trying a free drink. When I put my orders after spending time, the person called me saying it’s their system issue and he will cancel my orders. Not only that, he didn’t even felt sorry for their system issue. When I asked on what was the system issue, he said they have system issue and ideally it should only allow one offer in the “lifetime” of a person (very unique one!). So, if you ever have used such promotion for them before, they will call and cancel order after you spend the time ordering it.

In my opinion, they better fix the system or at least take care of clarifying it while showing this promotion on Facebook. As we wasted the time for their system error for no reason, which is unfair. Moreover, not feeling sorry while canceling the customer order, when the error is on their system side or on their Facebook promotions, demonstrates their respect of...

I went here three times...first time, I got a mango smoothie with jelly and it was AWESOME!!!! Second time, I got a banana chocolate smoothie with boba and lets just say it was not the best ay? I just felt like it was too warm of a smoothie to be good and the smoothie was not fully mixed. There were large chunks of banana and ice and it was kinda hard to drink the last bits. Third time I came, I got a lychee slush and it was fantastic!!! Great drink to cool down in this triple digit heat... the guy with the mustache was hella cool and the prices are cheaper than average, which is rly nice

update: im shocked as to how much prices have gone up at this place. went from one of the cheapest places to one of the most expensive places

second update: prices have gone down. still won't be as cheap as it was pre-pandemic but it's pretty on par with the current prices of competitors. will def start...
