Panda Express — Restaurant in Richardson

This was probably the worst experience I’ve had with this Panda.

We were supposed to wait “10 minutes” for more teriyaki chicken. We pulled up behind someone else that was waiting. The car behind us didn’t know how to drive over the low curb to get out of the lane, even though other cars did it. So they asked US, not even the car that is in front of us trapping us in, US to pull up and move. Well can you ask the car in front of us to move up then?! The worker seemed bothered that she had to do so. The car in front barely pulled up for us to drive out into a parking spot anyways, however even they didn’t listen to the workers to pull into a parking lot. That doesn’t even matter though because they didn’t recognize what cars we had. I know that because a lady came out almost giving our order to the car that was in front of us, then walked back inside with our order. So we got out of our car to go inside to grab it anyways. They still didn’t know what/where our order was when we showed the receipt.

It was just a mess overall. My bf worked at Panda and even said it shouldn’t have been this hard. They weren’t even busy. Go figure it out, we’re not coming back here.

Also, I’m pretty sure they gave us regular orange chicken instead of the new hot and spicy orange chicken. Either that or the “new” recipe is just the same as the usual orange chicken. This isn’t what I...

I ordered the first time for delivery… used points from my app and money… the order never came. The points were never given back. Second time thought I would go and pick it up so I could ensure I received the order unlike the delivery order… my order that I placed was not given as I requested. The kitchen seemed to make their own take on my order. I asked for extra chow main and that’s what I was wanting more than anything. I received half a container of string beans chicken. I didn’t asked for two orders of that… I asked for two orders of the chow main. So I get it… give up on panda express as the simple order I placed with all of their menu options, is still just too difficult. My shrimp still had tails, and was given in the smaller excuse for a box! I was given a child’s weight in string beans chicken though… thank you panda express for altering my order and ensuring I will find another place to eat from here on out!...

Normally I don't have an issue with this location, but today my food was cold and my order was incorrect 😒. I ordered for my side 1/2 rice, 1/2 super greens...they gave me all noodles 😫. I don't eat noodles. The could have at least given me all of one of the items I ordered I would have just been disappointed. Instead I was mad 😠. How did noodles become an option 😠. I had been traveling all day up since 6am dealing with airport travels home got my meal, showered, about to sit on the couch and relax at 8pm.. I opened the container and noodles 🥺. On top of all that...the wouldn't even answer the phone 🙄. I called from 8p to 9p. 🤬 Anyway, so I had to cook me a side dish....which defeated the purpose of me purchasing food...smh....very...
